Tempo de Empresa

Length of Service in the Company is a traditional event that takes place every year and its purpose is to pay homage to and recognize the employees who have been working for more than one decade for the company. It is also an opportunity for the employees and managers to get together.

Employee Score 10 is a project aimed at recognizing through an evaluation committee and within specific criteria the employees who are ‘Score 10’ in our plants and at valuing them before their fellow workers, managers and family members.

Portas Abertas

Open Doors is a special action aimed at the integration and socialization of the employees’ families with the company, when their family members visit the manufacturing sectors with a detailed explanation of the processes, group dynamics is developed with the children and gifts and special meals are distributed. It’s a very joyful day for everybody.
