Environment

Our management is focused on the environmental preservation and we are ISO 14001 certified. We are continuously searching for developing daily actions aimed at increasingly reducing the environmental impact and the generation of liquid effluents and residues as well as the consumption of energy and water, thereby reaffirming our commitment to the new generations and to a more sustainable planet.

Health

Health is a value to be assumed by all workers. For Mangels the commitment to health is aligned with businesses, thereby ensuring the well-being of people, processes and patrimony. Mangels keeps each worker of the organizational line responsible and under control regarding his health, with the same priority given to production, costs, quality and deadlines. Health is a working condition for all collaborators and service-rendering partners of the organization.

Safety

Safety is a commitment and responsibility that Mangels renews daily and they are present in the processes of people protection or in the commitment to the prevention of work diseases.

As part of the continuous improvement in Safety and risk monitoring, Mangels has created the Safety Rally, a healthy, innovative and fun competition between its departments with a view to incentivizing safer practices, a greater discipline between the collaborators and the reduction of work accidents.

Social

The care with the social issues and well-being of the collaborators, customers, suppliers and shareholders is a primordial characteristic of Mangels. We are engaged and involved with the communities and we promote social actions such as the annual winter clothing campaign, the monthly donation of basic food baskets to charity entities in the city of Três Corações in addition to several sporadic actions along the year.
